Getting around

Unfortunately Brunswick doesnt have a public transportation system, but there are cabs & Uber to get around. Were not a large town, so you can mostly get anywhere in 30 minutes or less, & the most populated shopping areas are less than 10 minutes away.

Pet friendly! Limit 2, be on flea treatment, house trained & not a destroyer. $40 pet fee. Crating preferred. MUST bring @ least 2 sheets if they like to get or rub on furniture! You must clean up after your pet inside & outside or pay extra $25 hourly cleaning fee.

Drinking age is 21 in Georgia. Booking party must be 21, & is the responsible party for all guests.

House Rules

HOUSE RULES & LEASE:

EVERYONE READ HOUSE MANUAL ON COFFEE TABLE. This is NOT a party place. MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN or MENTALLY DISABLED or elderly guests due to many potentially dangerous bodies of open water, ask questions before booking. IM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, DAMAGES, THEFT or INJURIES. Max amount of people @ one time is 6, overnight is 4. NO EVENTS. No public drunkenness, loud or rude behavior. Smoking outside only. Legal drinking age is 21. Charcoal grill is for your use you provide charcoal & lighter fluid...please clean afterwards. Possible nice house trained dog on continual flea treatment regime allowed BUT: limit 2, you clean up pet hair inside & pet poo outside, $40 pet fee, paid upfront. I try not to charge much of a cleaning or pet fee, so PLEASE clean up after yourselves & doggies or I may have to charge extra if there's dog hair, pet mess or you've left a bigger mess than a normal 2 hour restock & "tidy up". You can let your dog off the leash in back yard, but its not fenced along creek & the marsh. Please bring 2 sheets to cover couch & bed if your dog gets on furniture, & take home to wash. Smoking outdoors only, and PLEASE don't throw your butts on the ground! Guests access is in the unit, yard directly behind unit, table & 4 chairs in the breezeway, small table, chair & umbrella set out back of unit & @ the hammock gazebo out by the creek. The rest of the property is my private area. The apt is connected by a short walkway to my home, so please keep noise to a minimum. There is room for a boat or a couple vehicles. Please be respectful of my belongings. Check in after 4 pm, check out by 11 am. Lease is for the dates you paid in advance for ONLY the number of guests & pets indicated up front. $25 for each additional person over 3, max 4 guests. This is because of the extra linen I will be providing & washing. Paying means you agree & will abide by these "house rules", cancellation policy & lease. Booking person is responsible party. Any damages, misbehavior, or breaking of these rules can be grounds for losing your security deposit or eviction. GA IS A LANDLORD FRIENDLY STATE, & THIS IS A LEGAL BINDING AGREEMENT! Let me know if I can provide you with anything, & the last rule is that you have fun, keep safe & enjoy your stay!

Payment Policy

*PAYMENT OPTIONS:

. You can book with credit card instantly, just fill out booking info & it will send to me and automatically block your dates. If you want to avoid "MOST" of the credit card fee you can send me an inquiry before paying and pay with ZELLE (free, preferred & immediate), which is in your banking app). Payment is bank to bank. You can pay with a check as long as you pay your $100 deposit up front w/credit card to block your dates and mail the remaining amount via check within 12 hours of booking. Check must clear my bank 15 days before arrival. If you want to pay this way send me a text or email & I'll send you my details. Please send details about why your coming...work or play, ect? READ LEASE/HOUSE RULES AGREEMENT, & PAYING MEANS YOU AGREE TO EVERYTHING INCLUDING CANCELLATION & PET POLICY. THIS IS A LEGAL BINDING AGREEMENT & GEORGIA IS A LANDLORD FRIENDLY STATE. There is a 3% non refundable credit card fee.

*A VALID GOVT ISSUED ID MUST BE PROVIDED @ BOOKING, of person booking & must match name on debit card, pay app, check or credit card. Take a pic & email to sgirl47ga@yahoo.com or text it to me @ 9125716713 when you book. NO BOOKING WILL BE ACCEPTED without matching ID.

*TAXES: Unfortunately theres multiple taxation on your booking. I have to pay state, county ect taxes. Theres nothing I can do, & I DONT LIKE TO PASS IT ON, but I have to.

*Please pay in full. If you need to split the payment please let me know, & I will send a separate invoice where you can pay 50% of total charges upfront then other 50% within 15 days of arrival. If arrival is 15 days or less payment is due in full. YOU MUST FOLLOW THE CANCELLATION POLICY, or whatever paid is NON REFUNDABLE.

*ANY extra processing fees are your responsibility, like currency exchange, or higher card processing fees, ect.

* YOU MAY BE CHARGED A 3% CREDIT CARD FEE ON YOUR $100 DEPOSIT REFUND ($3) when I return it, because some credit card fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

Refundable Damage Deposit

$100 deposit is a reservation deposit then a damage deposit. It is refundable within 7 days of check out as long as rent is paid in full, & theres no issues or damage. There maybe a 4% fee when returning deposit due to credit card processing return fee.

Cancellation Policy

Non refundable 7 days or less before arrival.
50% refundable 8-14 days before arrival
100% refundable 15 + days before arrival.
NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Notes

*Please do not make check in or check out date on a major holiday like Christmas day, Thanksgiving day or New year's day.
*I have a doggy named Willow who may come by for a visit but if you dont want her company just send her home! Or let me know if your dog is not friendly so I can keep her inside if you're out in the yard. There may be a few cars parked in the circular drive, you'll see the space in front of the white picket fence on left side of the house. PLEASE text me upon arrival & let me know what you think & by 11 check out time after starting a load of all the white sheets sets, towels, & kitchen towels in washer, using soap & bleach from cabinet above washer.
